Privacy Policy

We collect your email address when you sign up, API usage data (requests, credit consumption, job results), and basic account information.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is used to provide and improve the service, authenticate API requests, track credit usage, and communicate service updates.

Extraction results (transcripts, metadata, summaries) are stored temporarily in Redis and expire after 5 minutes. We do not permanently store the content you extract.

We use the following services to operate any-data:

• AWS (Lambda, SQS) for compute and queuing
• Redis Cloud for temporary job storage
• Google Gemini for AI analysis
• Convex for credit management
• Unkey for API key management

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

We use minimal cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us on Discord.

API keys are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
