By accessing or using the any-data API, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use any-data to extract publicly available content from supported platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of service of those platforms and applicable law.

You must not use any-data to extract content at a volume or in a manner that causes harm, violates privacy, or facilitates illegal activity.

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per extraction. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with reasonable notice.

All purchases are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused credits in cases of billing errors.

You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share it publicly. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your key.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, extraction failures, or data inaccuracies.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or for any reason with notice. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion upon termination.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
